By downloading any image from stockphotolibrary.com, each user automatically agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree with this Terms of Use agreement, then do not download any images or files from this web site.
All Users and license holders agree to use the photos only as expressly permitted in this terms of use agreement, and in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Only license holders are authorized to use our images. All images on stockphotolibrary.com are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Our licenses are time based. Free licenses expire in two years, Medium Resolution licenses expire in three years, and high resolution images expire in five years.
Customers who choose the Free License option also agree to place a legible byline near the image with your choice of the following bylines:
'www.stockphotolibrary.com' or 'Photo courtesy of stockphotolibrary.com'. There is a maximum of one free license per company per calendar month. There is also a maximum of three free licenses per company per calendar year. Additional free licenses may be granted to companies who license high resolution images.
Please be aware that other customers may license the same image as you.
Licensed images be used either by yourself or by your clients. Images are not to be distrubuted to any third parties.
License Holders may use photoshop or another image manipulation software to modify any of our images for your requirements. Please note that they will still be subject to this license agreement, regardless of the amount of the modification made to the original image.
License holders MAY use our images in magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD/Bluray covers, product packaging, calendars, editorial illustrations, web sites, film, television, etc.
License holders MAY NOT use our images for spreading discrimination, intolerance, or hate, in any way that defames other people, to create prints that are marketed as fine-art, as part of any service mark, trademark, or company logo.
Our images may not br redeistributed (resold) in any manner.
Licenses are NON-TRANSFERABLE. This means that you can not sell or transfer your license to any other party.
PRIVACY POLICY
Stockphotolibrary.com collects some information about its users for statistical and contact purposes including e-mail addresses. We hold this data confidentially and it will not be distributed to any third party.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stockphotolibrary.com and its officers and employees against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to a breach of this terms of use agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any Image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
STOCKPHOTOLIBRARY.COM AND ITS PHOTOGRAPHS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING OUR PHOTOGRAPHS, OUR WEB SITES, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
STOCKPHOTOLIBRARY.COM DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THIS WEB SITE OR ITS PHOTOGRAPHS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
STOCKPHOTOLIBRARY.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, GENERAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS WEB SITE OR ITS PHOTOGRAPHS.
